Web Accessibility Company Offers Real-Time Remediation of Dynamically Generated PDFs

The recently added service offering will allow companies generating high-volume downloadable PDFs via standardized templates, such as insurance cards or billing statements, to deliver accessible dynamically generated PDFs for download on-demand. The real-time remediation process will help ensure users of AudioEye’s industry leading platforms further comply with ADA-related digital accessibility requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA.

In compliance with ADA-related digital accessibility requirements and the informative guidance provided through WCAG 2.0 Level AA Success Criteria, this newest platform enhancement enables customers to remediate issues of accessibility impacting their downloadable documents. In 2018, the company has an aggressive growth strategy focused on new product launches, continued penetration in its target markets and expansion into new markets. In January, AudioEye announced preliminary new cash contract bookings of $6.3 million for 2017, a YOY increase of more than 240%.
Under its PDF Remediations Solutions banner, the company refined the process of configuring PDF templates for real-time remediation of dynamically generated, high-volume PDFs through a project completed with HR industry leader, ADP. The company had a need to provide accessible W2s to its clients’ end users.

The widely used portable document format, or PDF, is a file format that provides an electronic image of text or text and graphics that mirrors a printed document, but can be viewed, printed, and transmitted electronically. The popularity of the format is based on its simplicity and convenience. Created from a range of source material, Excel, Word or graphics programs, anything that can be printed can be converted to portable document format.
