Todd Bankofier

Chief Executive Officer

Todd Bankofier is the quintessential entrepreneur.

Before joining AudioEye in 2015 he was a principal partner in Fairmont Capital Group (FCG) since 2008. Todd engaged in the day-to-day oversight of multiple asset holdings, including energy companies, real estate, construction and property management companies. He provided senior management for strategic planning, revenue generation, technology changes, operational effectiveness and public relations for all the entities.

Todd also served as the General Manager of Ensynch, an Information Technology company where he led the company in operations and sales to become Arizona’s largest IT services company. He served as the President and CEO of the Arizona Technology Council from 2002 – 2006, the state’s leading technology organization. Prior to this role, he served for four years as Vice President of National Sales for XO Communications, a national telecommunications company where he managed a national sales team to four years of record sales growth. Bankofier has also served on Capitol Hill for five years in Washington, D.C. as a lobbyist for the Department of Energy and an assistant for former Senator Paul Laxalt, NV. Bankofier also had the pleasure of serving as Chief of Staff for Maricopa County Supervisor Jim Bruner.

Since arriving in Arizona in 1988, Bankofier has been actively involved in numerous corporate and volunteer boards and activities. He serves on the Advisory Board of Mutual of Omaha Bank, he served on the Governor’s Council for Innovation and Technology. He received a gubernatorial appointment to the State Board of Education from 1998 to 2002. Bankofier has also been deeply involved with numerous other community organizations including the Fiesta Bowl Committee, Central Arizona Shelter Services Board, and multiple Arizona State University Alumni Boards and Commissions. He was named “Man of the Year” by the Arizona YWCA in 1995 and Father of the Year” in 2007 by the American Diabetes Association. He is also a graduate of Valley Leadership Class 13.
