OUR STORY

Founded in 2005 as a small R&D firm trying to disrupt the digital accessibility industry, AudioEye has grown into one of the leading digital accessibility platforms and the only publicly traded accessibility company on Nasdaq.

    David Moradi

    Chief Executive Officer

    David Moradi is a seasoned tech investor and entrepreneur currently serving as CEO of AudioEye (Nasdaq: AEYE) and founder of Sero Capital. His background includes founding Anthion Management (a $1B+ tech fund), portfolio roles at Pequot Capital and Soros Fund Management, a psychology degree from UCLA, and philanthropic work supporting education and veterans through his foundation.

    Kelly Georgevich

    Chief Financial Officer

    Kelly Georgevich is AudioEye's CFO, bringing 15+ years of finance leadership in SaaS and high-growth tech. She most recently served as CFO of sticky.io, and previously held a controller role at Fuzebox Software. She holds an accounting degree from the University of Northern Iowa, started her career in audit at EY, and is a licensed CPA in Minnesota.

    Mike Paciello

    Chief Accessibility Officer

    Mike Paciello is a 40+ year accessibility pioneer, author of the first book on web accessibility, and founder of TPGi and WebABLE. His career highlights include co-chairing the U.S. Access Board, co-founding ICADD, earning recognition from President Clinton for his W3C WAI contributions, and helping shape the updated Section 508 standards that took effect in 2018. He has received multiple lifetime achievement awards and remains active as a speaker and mentor in the accessibility space.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Chad Sollis is AudioEye's CMO with 20+ years of experience scaling businesses across B2B and B2C. He has helped grow companies from $30M to $3B in revenue and supported four successful IPOs, with prior leadership roles at Adobe, Pluralsight, Vivint, and Traeger. His expertise spans brand, product marketing, growth, and revenue operations.

    Chief Operating Officer

    John Postlethwait is AudioEye's COO with 20+ years in software development and 7 years in engineering leadership. He most recently managed teams at Oracle Cloud focused on high-availability data processing, and previously held software engineering roles at several startups.

    Independent Director

    Jamil Tahir is co-founder and managing member of TurnMark Capital, a private investment firm with a fundamentals-driven, long-horizon approach to public equities. He brings 25+ years of investing experience, including leading research at Cannell Capital and starting his career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney. He holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Economics from UC Berkeley.

    Dr. Katherine Fleming

    Independent Director

    Dr. Katherine Fleming is President and CEO of the J. Paul Getty Trust, bringing 16+ years of arts and education leadership. She previously served as Provost of NYU, where she led faculty initiatives and guided the university through the pandemic. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley, and her honours include membership in the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the French Legion of Honour, and the Greek Order of Beneficence.

    Jim Hawkins is a veteran executive best known for his 14-year tenure as President and CEO of Natus Medical, where he drove market expansion and sustained growth. He previously served as CEO of Invivo Corporation and currently sits on the boards of OSI Systems and Iradimed Corporation. He holds a bachelor's from Santa Clara University and an MBA in finance from San Francisco State University.
