With over 20 years of experience in customer care, Chelsea brings a deep commitment to client relationships and strategic problem-solving to her role at AudioEye. For over three years, she has supported clients through Customer Success and Account Management, including the last two and a half years in a leadership role. In that time, Chelsea has empowered her team to demonstrate AudioEye’s value and help clients maximize the impact of their accessibility efforts.

A passionate advocate for inclusion both in and out of the workplace, Chelsea co-leads AudioEye’s Disability Employee Resource Group and organizes events that promote awareness and equity. Her experience living with an autoimmune disease offers a valuable perspective that informs her work and deepens her commitment to accessibility.

When not working, you’ll likely find Chelsea out on a nature adventure, camera in hand, photographing wildlife with a special place in her heart for whales. Back at home, she enjoys baking vegan treats and relaxing with her partner and two cats.
