James Spolar brings over 20 years of legal experience to AudioEye. James has an extensive legal background with a focus on commercial and corporate transactions, M&A, SaaS, public company corporate governance, regulatory, IP litigation, and other chief legal officer experiences. His background includes senior legal roles at iMedia Brands, Life Time, Medtronic, and IBM. James began his career at AmLaw 100 law firm Dorsey & Whitney, has a BA in accounting, and is a certified public accountant.
When not practicing law, James enjoys writing and spending time with his family. He is also proud to have published an early article advocating that the Americans with Disability Act should be not limited to physical structures, an issue of unsettled law even in today's digital world.
