Kelly Georgevich

Kelly Georgevich is an experienced business leader serving as AudioEye's Chief Executive Officer. Kelly brings over 15 years of experience with high-growth, entrepreneurial companies with specific focus on SaaS and technology.

Kelly joined AudioEye as Chief Financial Officer in June 2021 before transitioning to CEO in May 2026. As CFO, she led the company's financial reporting, SEC compliance, investor relations, and capital markets functions. During her tenure, she has played a key role in transforming the company's financial profile, overseeing significant growth in revenue and ARR, expanding gross margins, and driving the business from a non-GAAP net loss to strong adjusted EBITDA profitability.

Prior to AudioEye, Kelly served as CFO of sticky.io, an e-commerce SaaS platform, where she led finance through a period of significant revenue growth while maintaining positive cash flows. Earlier in her career, she served as Controller at Fuzebox Software Corporation through its successful acquisition by Fuze, and held a Board role with Girls in Tech as Secretary and Treasurer from 2015 to 2020.

Kelly earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and spent the first seven years of her career in audit at EY in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Melbourne, Australia. She is a Certified Public Accountant registered in the state of Minnesota.
