Today, and over the past several years, AudioEye maintains an envious customer retention rate, which attests to the success Damien has had in leading a team of Customer/Partner/Agency Success Managers, Specialists and Engineers, servicing thousands of clients. Damien’s technical and managerial skills were honed through various Project and Account Management Roles that came with high demands for customer service and project fulfillment.
Prior to beginning his tenure with AudioEye in 2013, Damien, in his role as Technical Account Manager at Washington-based Hipcricket, managed mobile marketing campaigns across a variety of industries and for many global brand-name leaders including MillerCoors, The Clorox Company and Kraft Foods Group. In a tactical capacity with Manhattan-based Augme Technologies, beginning in 2007, Damien managed the deployment of leading-edge cloud-based technology solutions ranging from dynamic desktop and mobile web applications to SaaS platforms, for leading international brands including, Boehringer Ingelheim, HBO, Kellogg Co., and Johnson & Johnson.
