Certification only comes with AudioEye Managed and Enterprise. That's because our certified experts do all of the work on your website, monitoring for WCAG errors, fixing them and manually testing with assistive technology to ensure the fixes were fixed! With this level of work, and service, we certify our AudioEye Managed and Enterprise customers, providing them legal documentation if they are facing a lawsuit or receive a legal demand letter.
With AudioEye Pro, it's up to you to use our tools and technology to find and fix your WCAG errors. AudioEye Pro customers are not AudioEye certified.

Do I get the Toolbar with every plan?
Yes. Once you quickly insert a risk-free line of code, our Toolbar appears on your website. From there, your end users can customize the look of their website. For example, they can change the contrast, the visual focus, pause animation, change the font and more. The Toolbar is more robust with our Managed and Enterprise plans, but remember, a toolbar on its own does not make your website accessible.
Am I legally required to make my website accessible?
The answer varies by industry. Many organizations are required by law to make their digital content accessible. For others, Courts are overwhelmingly ruling in favor of accessibility. So, while the rule of law can be confusing, there's no question an accessible site reduces legal risk and opens a business to a larger consumer base.
What standards does AudioEye use to certify my compliance?
