AudioEye Announces Partnership with Leading Automotive Website Development & Digital Marketing Company to Bring Accessibility to Large Online Retail Sector

TUCSON, Ariz., Sept. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — AudioEye, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) (“AudioEye” or the “Company”) today announced a partnership with the award-winning web development company, Dealer Inspire. Dealer Inspire is the selected certified website and digital advertising provider for retailers of the world’s leading automotive brands. Serving as a website developer, digital marketing strategy and implementation company, Dealer Inspire creates sustainable platforms to enhance and promote the sales process and customer experience.

Dealer Inspire CEO, Joe Chura, sees the partnership as an opportunity to add a level of service and security to their clients while doing what is right for consumers. “We understand the importance of digital accessibility, not merely from the standpoint of legal obligations, but from the perspective of inclusivity, and better service to our clients and their customers.” He added, “We appreciate the dedication AudioEye has to digital inclusion and service to their customers and their customers’ end-users. As web developers, we help ensure our clients have no exposure as it relates to their website. Given the current climate of litigation, this partnership is an added level of risk mitigation.”

“We share a mindset of customer service and inclusivity,” said Todd Bankofier, AudioEye Chief Executive Officer. “We believe no website should ever be designed without consideration of universal design and digital accessibility. Working with Dealer Inspire lets us take a step in that direction while providing a remediation solution wherever it is needed to ensure their clients’ sites are fully accessible.” Mr. Bankofier added, “offering our services through Dealer Inspire lets dealerships benefit from the partnership in pricing and implementation; the process is streamlined and seamless for them, with all the benefits of a fully accessible site and reduced exposure from ADA-related digital accessibility violations.”

The partnership between Dealer Inspire and AudioEye will put the depth and breadth of AudioEye solutions at the disposal of Dealer Inspire’s development team as they create new sites and the arsenal of remediation technology, engineering, testing and monitoring on existing client sites to ensure issues of accessibility are quickly identified and resolved; AudioEye will certify participating sites commitment to accessibility and provide end users a platform to communicate accessibility issues, should they occur, directly to AudioEye for immediate action.

The AudioEye technology platform monitors sites as they grow, automatically fixing issues to ensure accessibility to individuals using the range of assistive technology. The Ally Toolbar, a proprietary assistive tool is placed directly on client sites, allowing users to customize and enhance their experience. “The Ally Toolbar has considerations including dyslexic fonts, adjustments to color contrast, font size and navigation, keyboard controls, a player that will read visitors content and the ability to use voice commands to navigate; the toolbar serves individuals who face barriers from low vision to paraplegia,” said Mr. Bankofier.
